You guys have such a rare talent! Ken and I so enjoyed performing with you at the Champlain Valley Folk Festival and can't wait to do more shows together. Best wishes to you on your travels.

Love radiates from within and you both connect with your audience on a level far deeper than aural gratification. It is ALWAYS a pleasure to hear you, to glimpse the glorious depths within you both, as inidividuals and as a couple.

We enjoyed your show so much that you are already on my list for next
year.

The Beeline Ramblers offer not only wonderful original music but are
funny and charming as well. Fran and Lisa are such nice people and
great entertainers our library patrons can't wait to see them again
next year.

If you want more, contact me, I can go on and on.
Dear Lisa and Fran,

Words are so inadequate to express my admiration for your immense talent and the enormous joy that you brought to us all last night in the gallery. Each of you is an absolute virtuoso who puts so much spirit into your performance. Everyone I have spoken with is raving that they were so moved by your thrilling music.

I have been listening to your CD all day at home and in the car. I need to get more next time I see you. I'd like to afford to give one to everyone I know! It's music that would touch EVERYONE.
Lisa and Fran, it is very meaningful to listen to the words you have written. The feelings you express parallel what I am trying to do in my painting. It was very emotional for me last night because my dear late father would have loved to hear you. He played those instruments, too, loved bluegrass, and had a beautiful singing voice and his own radio show. .....

MUCH OF MANDEVILLE'S material is concerned with matters of grace and transcendence, whether it comes in the shape of an angel, a friend, or a stranger on a city park bench.

THE LYRICS PENNED for this cd evoke a lot of feelings. you can sense the truths the artist is telling of and you can identify with them, the mandolin is beautifully played, sit back ,close your eyes and go on his journey

ANGELS IS A WONDERFUL MIX OF blues, soul, rhythm, folk and lots of heart. Fran
author: Valerie Winslow

Although Angels remains my all time favorite track on this Cd, it is closely followed by (of course) High Top Sneakers and Love Fade Away. In love, Fran has captured the illusion of love that so many of us seek and has confronted the reality that love is an act, not a feeling. In sneakers song, it becomes clear that the feeling of freedom is more important than the status of owning Italian leather. I love the fresh, sweet connectedness that accompanies this CD. It is insightful, yet laid back and bopping all at the same time. MARVELOUS......................This is a style that is greatly needed.

WHEN I LISTEN to Fran's music... his voice and his song have a way of making me want to cry they are so beautiful.

What a joy to have you two spark the stage at the Ramsdell on a cold snowy sunday. I love all the instruments and how much tech you packed up in your car and dragged up that winding staircase with apparent ease - (62 is the new 45!!!!!!)

Your music...AHHH...it feels like I am coming home when I hear your voices. Peace...that's all I can say.
Loved both new songs, and both of you sound great! I especially like the "high lonesome" tunefulness and crooning. "Birds," "ashes," "flying" -- evocative parallel themes between the songs. Fran's story, interleaved with song, is very powerful.
